Real-time, frugal ocean observation in Patagonia's fjords

Our mission

Advancing a new class of marine observing framework for the long-term stewardship of Patagonia's fjords and the world's ocean.

What we do

We build and implement low-cost, high-resolution  observation systems that make environmental change visible in real time by integrating technology development, research and monitoring, and capacity building to deliver actionable science for marine conservation.

Who we are

We are an interdisciplinary team of marine ecologists and bioengineers with deep expertise and passion for fjord ecosystems. Working through strong international collaborations, we develop and apply frontier science and technology to support monitoring, decision-making, and marine conservation.

Why Now?
An ecosystem under rapid change
